The insic basic module provides central functions for managing the insic platform .

The overarching component is the globally unique insic Workflow Manager . Design your own ID workflow on screen and use it to control the workflow at the front end. Change the ID procedures for your users without media disruption. Your specialist departments define changes to the ID procedures themselves and can publish them online without IT support.

Define your individual processes for new and existing customers, the annual recheck, and alternative limit increase procedures in separate process chains. And for an optimal user experience, seamlessly integrate the optional front-end widget into your platform using templates.

The AVS Workflow Manager is integrated via a web service interface in JSON format. Feedback from the system is reported to your platform immediately via back URLs.

Functions for processing anonymous user data records allow for maximum data economy . You only send the data fields relevant to the respective verification process. Furthermore, you can limit the storage period to a few seconds or archive your data only for the legally prescribed maximum storage period.
