WebID VideoID for secure identification via the WebID Hub
The WebID service “ VideoID” uses the identification platform of WebID Solutions in Berlin to confirm the information provided during an online registration.
For cost reasons, this service serves as a downstream procedure if the SCHUFA process, Open Banking or other VideoAutoident methods were not successful.
Transactions are billed through your contract with WebID.
After registration, the VideoID process is initiated. Video chat with face-to-face control takes place directly in the browser without the need to install an app beforehand.

A WebID call center agent uses the webcam to securely guide you through the VideoID process and check your ID data.
Provision of identification data
