The PEP Check enables error-tolerant searches for politically exposed persons in real time . This service is used by those obliged to comply with the special due diligence obligations under the Money Laundering Act.

After entering the name and date of birth, an optimized search for natural persons is performed in the reference data of the info4c database. If PEP matches are found, clear and detailed feedback is provided in real time.

The service call can be intelligently controlled via the insic Workflow Manager. PEP checks are only executed when there is a specific reason, for example, for active game participants .

Billing is done without a minimum order, exclusively on a transaction-related basis, at very competitive prices per query.

The PEP lists contain approximately 650,000 politically exposed persons from over 240 countries and territories, primarily from official sources. The lists comply with the current requirements of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and the 6th EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive. The service identifies both current and former decision-makers with potential influence on decision-making processes for individual monitoring.
