Safe Server Denmark

Safe Server of the Danish Gambling Commission “Spillemyndigheden” under Danish law. The Danish Gambling Authority “Spillemyndigheden” requires the operation of the Safe Server with the xsd Betting Service as a central database for collecting relevant information about gaming operations for sports betting and casino offerings. This evaluation system allows:

• monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements,
• preventing manipulation, especially by event organizers,
• the creation of a database for monitoring gambling regulation,
• the review of the organizers’ early detection of gambling addiction.

Gambling providers must accurately capture the required data and make it available for transmission with minimal delay. Gambling providers collect the data independently on so-called safe servers. These safe servers must be set up and operated at their own expense. The evaluation system regularly accesses the safe servers and downloads the data for processing. The required data and its structure are defined in a technical guideline.
